Honeysuckle Lodge is situated on a working farm, close to the Medmerry RSPB Nature Reserve, with access to a network of footpaths and cycle routes from the front door. Forming part of a paved courtyard area, the cottage was originally an old dairy building, converted in the 1960’s to residential accommodation.
With full central heating throughout, this spacious rural detached cottage has now been refurbished to a very high standard as a holiday let, for up to four people. The large entrance hall is perfect for safely storing boots, outdoor clothing, bicycles and boards. The owners’ period country farmhouse is adjacent, and to the north of the cottage lie more modern farm buildings. The paved patio area to the front of the cottage, with wooden table and chairs, is the perfect spot to appreciate this peaceful location, with open fields and local wildlife, at any time of day. EMF and EMR levels are ultra low. There is ample parking.
