Master Bedroom (12’1″x13′)
The Master bedroom, looking onto the courtyard, has an en-suite bathroom, with shower over the bath, and heated towel rail. The superking 6ft zip-linked bed allows flexible sleeping arrangements, converting to 3ft twin beds if required, with all seasons non- allergic duvets made up to guests tog requirement. There is a wall mounted Smart TV. Full height wardrobes provide ample hanging space. There is also a chest of drawers with hairdryer. When booking, please advise us if you require single beds in this or the second bedroom. Freshly laundered hand towels, bath sheets and 100% cotton bath mats are provided along with bed linen for each room. Extra linen and towels are available on request.

Second Bedroom (11’4″ max x16’4″)
The windows of the second bedroom look onto open fields at the front of the cottage. With full-height wardrobes and a chest of drawers, there is ample space for clothes. The 5ft zip-link bed has non-allergic all seasons duvets for either king or small single beds, allowing totally flexible accommodation. The Freeview TV/DVD is wall mounted.

Shower Room and Ensuite Bathroom
The shower room had been upgraded to make the cottage more user friendly for those with limited mobility.
The tiled wet room, located opposite the second bedroom, has a toilet, wash basin, open shower and heated towel rail, with underfloor heating. The en-suite bathroom, also with underfloor heating, has a folding shower screen over the bath. The cottage layout and flexible bed configuration makes the cottage ideal for couples, friends sharing, or a family group.
